A unusually high number of customers are currently experiencing shipping delays. This is most likely due to the unprecedented 2020 holiday season combined with higher than usual online shopping due to COVID-19.

If your USPS package is delayed, you can submit a missing domestic package inquiry with USPS by visiting https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ and clicking on the link: “Where’s my package?”

If your UPS package is delayed, please contact us and we will attempt to locate your package.
