Orders are shipped Mon-Sat during normal business hours (except on USPS holidays).
We ship only within the United States. However, we currently do not ship to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Vermont and Wisconsin. We are also unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO, San Diego, CA or Sarasota County, FL.
While there are no exceptions to our policy on this issue, laws/regulations can change and it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if the said products are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction.
Herbal Realm LLC does not assume any liability for any complication in transit and/or failure to observe applicable laws and regulation. The liability and responsibility rests solely with the buyer.
Orders are typically dispatched within 72 business hours unless an item in the order is on back order, or there is an issue with the order. If an issue arises, you will be contacted via email so it can be resolved as soon as possible. The times listed below are general processing estimates, which may be longer depending on the current order volume being processed:
- Orders placed Monday – Thursday usually ship within 24-48 hours.
- Orders placed Friday after 12 PM EST usually ship on Monday.
- Orders placed Saturday usually ship on Monday.
- Orders placed Sunday after 12 PM EST usually ship on Tuesday.
The times listed below are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates:
- USPS First-Class: 3-7 days estimated (ship at your own risk! no reships!)
- USPS Priority: 2-5 days estimated
- USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days estimated (signature required)
- UPS Ground: 1-7 days estimated (depending on distance)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days estimated
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 day estimated
Once the mail carrier is in possession of a package, Herbal Realm LLC has no control over speed of delivery, transit or delivery errors, damages incurred during shipping, or shipping delays. Therefore, Herbal Realm LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipping times due to failure on the part of the mail carrier to deliver within their estimated time frames. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the mail carrier for information or to give additional delivery instructions about the package once it is in the carrier’s possession. Herbal Realm LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
Mail Lost in Transit
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the carrier! Shipping fees are non-refundable.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the postal service about any lost, stolen or delayed shipments. The buyer may file a claim with the postal service if their package is lost or stolen. However, it is not guaranteed that the postal service will be able to find lost packages. Once the postal service takes possession of a package, Herbal Realm LLC does not reship or refund for packages that have been lost, stolen or delayed.
Lost or Stolen Mail
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide security and ensure proper delivery at the shipping address provided. Herbal Realm LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are marked as delivered.
To ensure your package is delivered to you, and not left somewhere such as your front porch where someone can steal it, we strongly recommend adding USPS Signature Confirmation™ to your order.
USPS Signature Confirmation™
USPS Signature Confirmation™ is available for all shipments as an add-on option for a small fee on smaller orders, and is free for larger orders and USPS Priority Mail Express service. If you add this option to your shipment, you will have to sign for your package at the time of delivery. This adds extra protection agains mail theft, as many mail carriers will leave packages (that do not require a signature) in your mailbox or near your front door. Please note, we cannot reship a package that is marked as delivered that has been delivered. Ship at your own risk without USPS Signature Confirmation™!
Holiday Season Shipping Delays
Shipping delays are very common during the holiday season, so actual shipping times during the holiday season may take much longer than the estimated shipping times listed above.
All orders are shipped in discrete packaging from a generic business address.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:
- Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account or guest email address.
- The orders are being shipped to the same address.
- The orders are shipping at around the same time.
Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won’t change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders. Additionally, combined orders are usually shipped via Priority Mail. So you will most likely receive your orders sooner if you selected Standard as your shipping service due to the free upgrade to Priority for combined shipments.
All orders ship with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once your order has shipped. The majority of all shipments are dispatched by or before the next business day. Occasionally, delivery confirmation numbers will not update their tracking information for up to 24 hours. Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and valid shipping address. Herbal Realm LLC is not responsible for shipments to invalid or incorrect addresses due to being provided with incorrect information by the buyer at the placement of the order. In the event that a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, we will refund the purchase price minus a $5.00 restocking fee and shipping costs. Herbal Realm LLC reserves the right to deny any future orders from customers whose address is identified as undeliverable by the carrier.
